My furnace stopped working on a Sunday morning and the temperature was around freezing. I noticed that the pilot light wasn't lit and I thought that was the problem. Well it was a little bit more than that. While looking for a HVAC company, I found that Hurley and David was available so I called and made an appointment for that day. The technician, John Duncan came to the house and found the problem. It was fixed in an hour. I believe John went beyond his responsibility and cleaned the burners and vacuumed the rest of the furnace of all that ash and had the furnace working flawlessly. John was very personable and professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to call Hurley and David again for any heating and cooling problems in the future and hope John comes out for any issues we may have. Thank you John and Hurley and David.
I was very disappointed with the work completed replacing the pressure regulator on my incoming water line. The plumber did replace the affected part and all is good now. But I was not happy that they left with water on the floor and a peice of sand paper on the cover of the incoming water line. When we pay the amount of money we paid we do expect better. Was not able to pay by card due to inability of system to work. I expect more!

We take your feedback seriously, Rick. Leaving water on the floor and a piece of sandpaper behind is unacceptable. We're glad the repair worked, but we understand you expect more.
Tech. Was a little later then apt. time but called to say he would be and was on his way. He was very neat and polite, knew what he was doing and explained while trouble shooting the unit. Took precautions to items around area not wanting to bump or get anything dirty.
