Purchasing a new roof, was almost as stressful as closing on a new home for me! Collecting estimates and weighing the benefits between companies was laborious. I must say, however, making the decision to go with Hytz Roofing was a very good one. They were extraordinary! My favorite person was Dallas! He heard me! He was most patient with my questions. Understanding with my concerns, efficient and timely with all documents, and a very, very good communicator! I can’t remember the last time I’ve worked with such a professional individual. Dallas’ professionalism was off the charts as far as I’m concerned. He made me aware of every step and procedure. His communication was the best I’ve seen in a long time. The company, Hytz Roofing, operates their business with efficiency. They were clear with their presentation, well certified, and most of all expectations were met timely. They were excellent! It might sound like I’m really selling Hytz Roofing. In fact, I am just trying to communicate just how pleased I was with every step of the process and the final product. These days, we have enough of the disingenuous companies and their employees. Hytz Roofing and Dallas are of a different breed! Dallas, thank you so much for a job well done! THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!! Some high winds had knocked our soffit siding loose, and we had also detected a separate leak in our garage. We called Dallas Garay at Hytz Roofing and he came out immediately. He popped the soffit in as well as detected and sealed the leak culprit on our roof—the house was back to 100% quick, fast, and in a hurry! We trust our #1 asset—our home 🏠 —to Hytz Roofing pros like Dallas! 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!

Hytz Roofing is an exceptional company to do business with. I was concerned that I had a leak in my roof due to my solar panels. I called Hytz since my solar company has filed bankruptcy. Dallas came out and provided excellent customer service. He didn’t see evidence of the leak in the roof. But spent extra time in the attic to find the culprit. If you’re in the Brandon, Bloomingdale, Riverview, Lithia are, you can’t go wrong making them your first call.

Chad and his team did a great job! Chad is a super project manager. He makes sure every thing is right like it's his own house. They were very quick and professional getting the roof replaced. I wish the rest of our house upgrades would be as thorough and quick. Very excited about our new roof.
