Khayal came the day we called for our stove to be repaired. He was able to identify the problem quickly and ordered the part needed to repair our stove. Khayal returned in a few days once the part came in and quickly repaired our stove. We are very pleased with his work and highly recommend I Fix Appliance Repair. We will call Khayal again in the future, if we have a need for any appliance to be repaired.

The moment you call them, they’re just interrupting you while you talk. They asked me to describe the problem, and I got about half a sentence in when he decided that was enough information and asked me my address and told me when they could come. Most businesses would give me more information than that, like diagnosis fees and payment policies, and then ask if I even WANT them to come, but this guy just assumed from the get-go that he was going to repair my fridge no matter what. Rude, rude, rude mannerisms.

Two previous Frigidaire repair services never responded. An actual person here answered the phone and our questions and a repairman was quickly able to repair the problem. Wish we could give more than 5 stars!
