Without getting into details of my claim let me state for certain that the service I received from Ibrahim and from Emily, the claims adjustor was second to none. They were on my side in a slightly adversarial process. They were always available to answer the questions which inevitably arise in such a process. And they concluded the matter in what ultimately amounts to the highest good for all concerned. You cant ask for more.
