I’m so happy I trusted my gut and decided to work with ICKB on our project.
Cindy was so welcoming and friendly that I immediately felt at ease. Installing new countertops without damaging existing cabinets and the backsplash can be tricky, but the stone team did an excellent job. Once the countertops were installed, John came back to reconnect the sink so we wouldn’t have to wait until the next day to have a fully functional kitchen. Cindy also stopped by to make sure we were happy with the results.
From start to finish, it was a joy working with Cindy, John, Richard, and the entire ICKB team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a project.
Thank you all so much for the fantastic experience!
The kitchen used to feel outdated no matter how much we cleaned or decorated it. After the remodel, the whole downstairs feels refreshed. I appreciated that they listened carefully when we mentioned needing easier access storage for my parents who visit often and cook with us regularly.
Cindy and John were fantastic to work with. Cindy has an eye for detail, and really helped me with selecting materials that would work well together. John and his crew were amazing, they were skilled and professional and flexible with the days they came to work in the house. Communication was great.
My favorite aspect of this whole project is the beautiful custom built-in corner pantry John constructed around a piece of our countertop material. Our kitchen is so small that any gain in floorspace and storage is huge.
John and Cindy worked with us to create something that would allow for more storage than we had before, felt open and easier to use than the previous enclosed closet-like shelving, and left space for us to set up a dog feeding station beneath the pantry shelving as well. I never would have thought we would be able to have completely customized storage in our modest little kitchen, but it looks gorgeous.
Everything they did, including countertop removal and installation, sink installation, updating and repairs to existing plumbing fixtures, backsplash installation, electrical work (installed a light and outlet), building the pantry, and floor installation (along with putting an exhaust fan in the bathroom, but that wasn't quite as exciting) has been done with care. We've been living with it for a month now and it's still a fantastic dopamine rush every time I walk in there.
I kick everyone out of the kitchen so I can spend as much time in there as possible. I haven't actually wanted to cook for years, now you can't get me out of this room!

Cindy has been a great help to our kitchen project. She was able to design an efficient work space based on our needs and limited space, and has always been very responsive to questions or design changes.
We have been thrilled with the experience of working with Cindy and Matt at IC Kitchen and Bath. We impressed with the work they had done for our neighbor, and engaged ICKB to completely re-do our bathroom. On the strength of their performance, we then brought them back to do a very extensive redesign of our kitchen, dining room and living room.
As a designer, Cindy listened to our ideas and guided us to a design that has totally satisfied our needs. As the lead contractor, Matt did a fantastic job of managing the project, implementing our design, engaging excellent sub-contractors where needed, and simply doing a flawless job of construction.
The core team of Cindy, Matt F., Matt J. and Beth completed the job on schedule as promised, and were a real pleasure to have around the house.
As relative neophytes to this whole process, they all took the time to walk us through it, let us know what they needed from us, and what we could expect, day to day. We never felt pressured, and we would heartily recommend ICKB to anyone considering a kitchen or bathroom project.

Cindy, John and the entire team were amazing. We used them for a full kitchen and living room renovation. From the design to the finishing touches they worked with us on our vision and walked us through the process. We trusted them on many different aspects of the design and layout and the finished result exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend IC Kitchen & Bath!

I had been putting off our kitchen renovation for years because I had ideas but didn’t know how to put them together & execute them. Then I found Cindy and her “crew”! She made my dream kitchen a reality. She was there every step of the way AND she was about 8 months pregnant!!! With her attention to detail you would have thought she was designing her OWN kitchen! Warm & caring Cindy was wonderful to work with. Thanks again IC Kitchen & Bath!
We could not have had a better experience with Cindy and her team. They did a beautiful job on our bathroom and were lovely to work with. Cindy helped us design the space to meet our exact needs while hitting on the aesthetic we were going for, and John and his team did great work with the construction. They were always extremely responsive, made sure we were all on the same page during each phase of the reno, and the crew left the house as clean as possible at the end of each day. Highly recommend IC Kitchen & Bath and will be using them when we are ready to redo our kitchen!
My dark, outdated kitchen was badly in need of a makeover. Cindy and her team at IC Kitchen & Bath transformed it into a bright, efficient and beautiful new space. Cindy listened carefully to my ideas and her recommendations for materials and design were invaluable. No question was too small and the follow-up on issues that arose was prompt and detailed! The construction team worked long days to complete the project on time. They were very professional and never missed a day! The result is I am thrilled with my new kitchen and would highly recommend IC Kitchen & Bath to anyone considering kitchen remodel.
