I was well pleased with the service I received from the Icon team , especially Joe the Manager and Earlene, the Receptionist, professional and ethical.

Keep my car for five months I went over one time when they said my car was ready. Half of the parts were missing on it. I sent my sister-in-law over to pick it up when they set the car was ready a second time. More parts were still missing. And the tire was split. because they told me they went through a car wash and got a scrape on it. And then they wanted me to pay more than what my insurance deductible was And the owner there said, go ahead and pay it at a pocket because I’m sure the insurance company will reimburse you, and I told him that this is not my first rodeo and if you can’t get it off the insurance company, I know I can’t And then they hit me with a diagnostic fee And I told him, I will not pay more than $500 because that is my deductibles I had a terrible experience with this collision center. I would not take a vehicle here. Most definitely not. It is the soriest body shop experience. of all times
Icon did a beautiful job repairing my van! It is perfect! The service was beyond excellent. I would recommend Icon to anyone who wants perfection, honesty and great communication through the process!
ICON Collision did an excellent job restoring my Toyota 4Runner after a rear end accident. My vehicle was only three months old when it happened, so the damage was very stressful. I’m thrilled with the results. It looks like it did before the accident! A special thank you to Jace Hansen, who handled my repair. He was polite, attentive, and easy to talk to. The receptionist was also very kind and welcoming, which I really appreciated. Thank you to Jace and the entire team for their hard work and attention to detail. It feels great to have my 4Runner back looking this good. Highly recommend!

Great customer service!
During COVD I had my Toyota RA4 painted. Toyota paid for the paint job as a recall. Since that time the paint is peeling off; the clear coat is coming off; and the inside door painting has peeled off where the painter cleaned the paint before painting. The staff said it was Toyota’s fault and attempted to get more money from Toyota. That didn’t work and wanted me to pay for the new paint job.
