The gentleman who assisted me took the time to listen to my concerns and explained that the scratches could be buffed out in just 10–20 minutes. The service was incredibly fast, detailed, and efficient, and the results were excellent! My car looked great, and I was amazed at how affordable the price was. The manager took care of my issues quickly and he had given me a peace of mind. I really appreciate the wonderful work they have done for me especially after a stressful accident. My car looks brand new and you wouldn’t have known if it ever been into an accident. Great service and fast

ICON did a great job on my Model Y. Personable and professional. The repair took a little longer than unexpected, but that seems to have been because of factors out of their control. They worked with my insurance company to the best of their ability. Feel much more secure, knowing that they are under the supervision of Tesla and adhere to their high standards.

The team at Icon were great to work with! They did a terrific job on my Tesla Model X and were on time picking up my car and returning it. When I got in my car I was amazed at how clean it looked!! I highly recommend them!!!

I had one or two hiccups but Chris was helpful and helped me get things sorted out. Communication is excellent.

This is a Tesla certified auto body shop. They will work with you and your insurance company. You don’t have to worry about your car being repaired correctly. The shop is staffed with nice people who are easy to deal with and will return calls. I was very satisfied with the entire process and repair to my car body works

Service and communication was 10/10. The repairs look perfect. I only had to pay my deductible because insurance covered all other expenses. I will be recommending ICON to any other EV owners I know.
