I inherited a mobile home over 200 miles away from my home. Josh Tanueco made the home prep and sale process as easy as it could be. Instead of having to drive long weekend round trips to take care of the property, Josh (with my approval) hired interior cleaners, a pressure washer, had the home inspected, and dealt with a good amount of nonsense bureaucracy from the mobile home court (who I was paying monthly property rent to). He put a lot of effort into helping me with a sale that wouldn't be a large commission for him. Once I had personally removed the belongings from the home I never had to revisit it-- he showed up on site to work with the various cleaning agencies, inspectors, mobile home court personnel, etc. Communication was perfect with him; texts that I sent him were responded to within an hour, if not minutes-- even after normal business hours. He kept me appraised weekly on how the process was going, from maintenance and repairs to how the home showings where going, price adjustment recommendations, and finally working with the title company when the sale took place. I honestly can't think of any way the entire process could have gone smoother. I'll give my entire experience eleven stars out of ten. I absolutely recommend him and his real estate group with no hesitation at all.
