I have used this company twice this year! The first time it was for a very large yellow jackets nest (and I'm allergic) Allen did a fantastic job eliminating them. Second was spider spray before cold weather and again I'm very very pleased that he has eliminated them all...as my outdoor area has housed several black widow spiders in the past! This is the company to call for quick reliable effective services! I will continue to use them!

Allen at Iconic Pest Solutions is the man! We had a mice problem and he showed up and immediately found their entrance point. He sealed it up and gave us equipment to rid of any left behind. I'd highly recommend his service and expertise.

Had a rat/mice problem. Spent a lot of time researching companies, since everyone kept pitching me $500+ poison bait setting. Which if you know anything 1) doesn’t address underlying issue (home intrusion); 2) and can very well lead to a dead rat in your walls.
Allen the owner actively pushed against baiting “let’s do it only if all else fails”. He and John spent 4hrs across 2 visits diagnosing, searching for / sealing all possible entry points, and setting traps inside so the sealed rats didn’t die in walls. For the same price others quoted to spend 15 min putting bait boxes around the house….
I’m 6 days in with no noise so far - before it sounded like a rat relay race every other night. We’ll see, but regardless I appreciated Allen’s approach.

Made an appointment two weeks out and confirmed the appointment a few days prior. The day of the appointment no one shows up and no one calls. Reached out to the rep and they left me on read. Missed out on work for this.

Alan was excellent in delivering timely services to eradicate a nest of wasps in our dryer vent. Price was reasonable and he did return for a follow-up included in the price to ensure it was all taken care of. Thanks for great service and no AI chatbot!

I needed help with spiders and bugs – so we asked around and this Company was highly preferred in our neighborhood. We were able to schedule very quickly and are very happy with the results! Chemical used was applied exterior only and we had no issues with lingering odor. It’s been a few days and we haven’t seen a single critter lurking around inside our home. Really appreciate the quick response and dealing with such nice people.
