We have used Ideal air for years. They did the original install of our new AC in 2013. Their service has been consistent with quality checks and recommendations if there is an issue. Never any pressure.
We get the plan for two checks per year which covers AC for summer and heater for winter. Reasonable pricing.
CJ was our technician this time and very comfortable to talk to. He explained what he found so we could understand. They provide photos of their findings also.
I highly recommend them and their maintenance program. It’s kept our units top notch!

CJ was great! He came out so quickly (could have been faster had I been available) and replaced parts to get us back to cool in the house! Our unit was old and we were expecting really bad news, but it was such a relief to have been able to repair what we have for now.
