Customers frequently praise the shop for quick turnaround times, often completing screen and battery repairs within thirty minutes, while also noting fair pricing and helpful staff who explain issues clearly. Recurring themes include the availability of specific parts and the friendly, patient nature of the service provided for various Apple devices. However, several low-star reviews criticize the shop for charging customers for repairs that did not resolve the issue or for denying warranty claims on screens that developed new problems shortly after service.
