Customers frequently cite quick turnaround times, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing for screen and water damage repairs. However, recurring criticisms involve devices being damaged during service, unexplained price increases, and a lack of communication regarding repair status. Several reviewers also noted instances where refunds were denied after failed repairs, and one reported arriving after posted opening hours to find the location closed with no staff present.

My iphone had water damage, had previously been to 3 different spots but nothing was working out until I found this spot at Walmart and Najim did an awesome job bringing my phone back to life! Definitely recommend! Professional and straight to the problem/solution! Thank you!
Really helpful, fast, and polite
I was very dissatisfied with the service I received. I was told that my smartwatch could be repaired. The repair lasted one day and when I brought it back to the gentleman, he told me there was nothing more he could do. I feel that he just wanted to make money and he knew fully well that the glue used for the watchface might not hold. He told me I should go to Best Buy and see if they would be able to fix it, and he was rather rude about it. I would be very cautious about trusting what he says and ask a lot of questions before letting him do any kind of repair work. I would strongly suggest asking him if there is a money back guarantee if the repair work provided fails.
This guy do the great job
Friends went there to get phone repaired, and a switch and they ended up damaging it more, +130$ down the drain no refunds.

I dropped my phone in the shower, and my screen burned out due to water damage, so I went to this store hoping to get it fixed, and Hussain was so helpful! He had my phone's screen replacement on hand and fixed my screen in under 30 minutes! He was very friendly and helpful, and he also fixed my phone for free the second time when my phone screen disconnected randomly. Can't recommend this place enough. Thank you, Hussain!
Quick and efficient, ended up being cheaper than was originally told!
