Google reviewers rate IFixdit Plumbing & Drains 4.9 out of 5 stars based on 550 reviews, with the owner responding to all feedback. Positive comments frequently highlight punctual arrivals, clear communication, transparent pricing, and efficient repairs for issues like drain blockages, leaks, and water heater replacements. I called to set up a service appointment to troubleshoot an issue I was having after another company installed a dishwasher. After describing the problem to Tony, he asked the right questions for us to determine that the dishwasher install was not the problem, and that I did not need a plumbing service call after all. Tony was professional, kind, and patient. I will absolutely reach back out to hire Tony for any future plumbing needs.
