This phone shop is the best in Englewood we came from Little Gasparilla Island with my phone that wouldn’t turn on -overheated and all my contacts and emails were there we have a trucking and brokerage division and we were in vacation with a Cell phone down. T-Mobile down the street couldn’t help me with this and came to this Shop -Joni’s was wonderful help us. 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday afternoon . I am gladly doing this review as his service was A1A
