Illan Custom Painting did an AMAAAZING JOB! Armando and his team painted the exterior of our home including the fascia, boxed in eaves/soffit, covered patio, posts and also repaired some damaged stucco & wood. I had 3 contractors do a free estimate and Armando was the only one who specifically said what he would do to fix some damaged areas without me asking so many questions. He assessed the project areas and had a game plan as to how he would approach the project and openly shared his ideas with me. I wanted the project completed before mid-Oct and he said he had a full calendar but would work to fit us in. Armando's price was similar to the other 2 contractors and my husband & I have No Regrets for choosing him. He & his girlfriend took their time on Day 1 pressure washing the exterior and waited until the next day to make sure it dried fully before starting the stucco & wood repairs. Other contractors said they would pressure wash, repair stucco, and paint all in 2 days and not use primer, but primer paint only...which worried my husband & I because we wanted to make sure the paint job was sturdy. Armando returned with his brother Danny and then his brother Angel to do the prep, primering and final painting and detailing. They were so open to our requests and Armando even took the time to find a product that better suited our project needs. They were so friendly, professional, clea, courteous and honest. They did such a great job especially in the hot humid weather with mosquitoes from our garden swarming around them..they never once complained.I appreciated that Armando did the estimate and was also the person doing the actual job; so there was no confusion as to what was discussed earlier and what was actually being done. I would 100% recommend them and use the again.

I recently had Sr. Armando and his sons from Illan Custom Painting paint both the interior and exterior of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were caring, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and skillful work truly transformed my home.
Not only did they complete the painting on a reasonable timeline with fair pricing, but they also resurfaced my cabinets beautifully, giving the entire space a fresh and renewed look.
I highly recommend Illan Custom Painting to anyone looking for quality work, professionalism, and a team that genuinely cares about their craft.
Thank you very much mehdi for leaving us a review. We know how important it was for you and your family to move back in after months renting after the devastating fires. Appreciate your business and trusting in us.

Armando and team of Illan Custom Painting Stucco and Paint Contractor did a great job painting the interior of our home as well as exterior garden walls. The garden walls needed some stucco repair which they repaired well and blended in with the current stucco. They did a great job painting the interior walls, ceilings and doors of our home. They were prompt, responsive and well organized and done within a reasonable number of days. They are very friendly, too, easy to work with. My wife and I highly recommend their services. We are in process of getting a quote for another paint job. Good job Armando and team.

Hired them for a second time! I first hired these painters over a year ago while I was 8 months pregnant and nesting. They painted all our interior walls and not only did they do a great job, they were quick. On a personal level, I found them to be very kind, respectful and just good people overall. (They are a father and son’s company) This time around they painted the exterior of our home and detached garage at an incredibly reasonable price. Wholesome people and excellent professionals.

Illan Custom Painting did an outstanding job! Armando and Armando, the father-and-son team, were incredibly professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. They finished the project faster than expected without sacrificing quality — every line was clean, and the finish looks fantastic.
Beyond their craftsmanship, they were a pleasure to work with: respectful, friendly, and clearly passionate about their work. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. I highly recommend Illan Custom Painting to anyone looking for high-quality work done by a team you can trust.
