I had an excellent experience. Arrived on time and ready to work. Very reasonably priced. Polite, thorough, and surprisingly quick/efficient. Helped with packing, moving, and unpacking. Highly recommend.

So communicative, brought a truck bigger than needed so I wasn't stressed about everything fitting. Nice guys. Careful with the truck. So helpful. Gave me a quote, let me put down a deposit online, final cost was less than the quote! Would def use again.

Reece and his guys were outstanding, from loading up to unloading. Everything was handled with care and nothing was damaged. We are so grateful for the excellent service Illuminated Moving and Packing provided, especially in this extreme heat. I would highly recommend these guys!!

Working with Illuminated Moving & Packing for our big move up the east coast was the best choice we could have made. Reece and his team were so respectful of our things- they did a great job prepping the larger items to protect them in the truck, packed the truck to the brim, and headed out on the road before we expected them to. Everything made it up to New Hampshire without issue. His team loading the truck and the team that met us up at our new location were wonderful. Everyone was so efficient! I am so glad we went with a local company in Asheville. Reece was very easy to communicate with, transparent on all his pricing, and really made us feel at ease with all our possessions making it to our new home.
