Luis is heaven-sent! As a type-B bride, I was panicking only two months away from my wedding day trying to find a hair and makeup artist who was talented yet affordable. I stumbled upon Illusions, and Luis was happy to take on not only my hair & makeup but also some of my friends and family as well. He exceeded my expectations in all areas and will now be my stylist forever! <3

I had a very disappointing experience here and will not return. I was scheduled for a Brazilian Blowout, but when I arrived for my appointment, the salon couldn’t even locate the correct product needed for the treatment and asked me to reschedule. I understand that things can go wrong, so I was happy to be flexible and agreed to reschedule. They offered to give me a blowout in the meantime, which I accepted. However, the blowout was terrible and left my hair looking worse than when I walked in. An absolute waste of my time and energy.

Luis is great to work with, he is very patient with talking you through consultations, and does an excellent job with balayage and highlights.

I highly recommend Luis! He specializes in blonde coloring and highly values hair health. Each appointment we discuss my personal hair goals and he customizes each session to make sure we are always making progress to meet them.

After a lot of searching, I chose Amanda based on her profile and the services offered on the salon’s website, and I’m so happy I did! The whole team was so welcoming and attentive, even with my daughter there. Amanda was amazing, she really listened to what I wanted, took her time, gave me great advice, and respected my request exactly.
