We had a major water flood in our house from our a/c unit. We called iMold and they came out that hour. Leswin was incredibly knowledgeable, competent, sympathetic, professional, and most of all was able to fix our problem and save our floors. Bryan was also incredibly helpful and effective. They had the technology and equipment to diagnose and repair, and they worked hard. We trusted them and they proved trustworthy. We highly recommend this company and especially these guys.

Our experience was a disaster. Constant delays, poor communication, constantly trying to up charge. Finally terminated relationship due to their incompetence. They don’t deserve one star. We were an actual customer but fortunately we cut all correspondence with this unreliable “COMPANY.”
Mr. King we have no record of you as a customer, this is spam unfortunately. Please contact our office if interested in an actual conversation/resolution.
We also see a week earlier you have given a 5 star review to a competing restoration company in the area. This review is not valid and only intended to put us down while prop up a competitors
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company , I called at 8:00 am , they were here by nine ….. what I thought might be a serious problem turned out not to be …..the person from the company Scott explained what to do and was so kind and knowledgeable ….. he actually got on a ladder and took care of it for me ….. there are still wonderful people in the world …… highly recommend IMOLD !

When a flood happens in your home and a company responds promptly, efficiently and with integrity, it means the world in a time of stress. imold was absolutely amazing to us from start to finish. They did solid work and made our home look as if nothing ever happened. They communicated effectively, went the extra mile cleaning up after themselves before leaving each day and even let us know when another company had quoted something unreasonably and prevented us from fronting a bunch of extra money. We are so grateful for all imold did for us and I’d recommend them 10000%!
