My two experiences here have been excellent!! I wished I could give more than 5 stars. When I first came here to have my vehicle painted after a car accident, everyone was friendly and helpful. They also saw where another paint and body shop messed up my car paint and corrected it for me! That's the day I became a loyal customer to them. When I returned here this year for another car accident, it was a hit and run. They once again didn't disappoint when fixing my car. You want to go somewhere they'll be upfront and at the same time have your back. When my insurance company at that time tried to replace a bumper with a cheap one. They stood up to them on it, and I truly appreciate that because most places wouldn't care about you and your car, your safety. I always recommend them to people. When I'm ready, I'll trust them to paint my entire car. Keep up the amazing job yall do here.

I went in for an estimate on my new Lexus after getting hit by highway debris, and Eddie and Junior were great. They were completely transparent, gave me honest advice without any pressure to buy, and treated me with total respect. It's rare to find an auto shop with this level of integrity and customer care. Impact Paint and Body is the best shop in town. They’re friendly, honest, efficient, and deliver top-quality service. I dropped my car off on Tuesday. I received a phone call directly from Eddie the next day to discuss the work that needed to be done. Eddie and his team worked hard and returned the car in mint condition back to me on Friday before the holiday weekend. This was the 2nd time I’ve used IB & P. This business and service is first class. Chris and Eddie are friendly and easy to work with. My Jeep Grand Cherokee looks better than when I brought it in. Nice wash and vacuum they did.

Impact auto body and paint shop is petty thieves. Beware! Do not leave any personal belongings in your vehicle if you decide to do business with them. They are very unprofessional. I had a lasko fan from my job I left in my rdx acrua. The fan was missing. Also if your not aware be careful when they ask for payment. They tried to finesse me for a 1000 dollars. Very unprofessional company

Wow, we're sorry you feel this way....As you called the shop in a threatening manner about something missing that we tried to explain we never saw nor did any cameras here see in your vehicle during the repair process then went on about the money again that was asked from you when you came to pick up vehicle. Paying for repairs is a common business practice after services are rendered, and since the repairs were completed to your vehicle the only money asked from you was the $1000.00 that YOUR insurance company had sent to YOU. No other monies were asked from you. So again we are sorry you feel that way about us but we've been here for over 50 years and only try to do the best and help everyone possible. We only can wish you the best at the next place you try.
