Imperial Deep Cleaning service

Impressive job done..I recommend them at all time.

A job well done...they did absolutely well...thanks guys

I would not recommend Imperial Deep Cleaning Service. I hired them to clean my daughter’s two-bedroom Chicago apartment before a family event. No estimate or price was provided beforehand. Two cleaners worked from about 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and afterward I was told the charge was $984. When I questioned the amount, I was told they are “deep cleaners and not regular cleaners.” That was not accurate because their website advertises apartment cleaning ranging from basic cleaning to deep cleaning. More importantly, the apartment was not deeply cleaned. The top and inside of the refrigerator were missed, the top of the stacked dryer was not cleaned, cabinet doors were not wiped down, closets were not vacuumed, there was still visible dirt and scuff marks all over the baseboards, food remained stuck on the coffee table, and there was still cat hair on the chairs. I spent about an hour disputing the bill and ultimately paid $450. I also asked one of the cleaners to come upstairs and look at the areas that had been missed, and he refused. I readily acknowledge that I should have asked for the price before booking. But I also believe a professional company should disclose a nearly $1,000 charge before performing the work. And regardless of the pricing dispute, the quality of the cleaning was nowhere near what I would consider a “top to bottom deep cleaning.” In fact, it was not even an adequate surface level cleaning. My advice: get the total price and exact scope of work in writing beforehand, and inspect everything before the cleaners leave.
