We have had Austin Sfraga come to the house multiple times now for various plumbing issues. He is always prompt, communicative, and respectful. Our latest issue was with our water heater not getting hot enough. He explained what he thought the issue was (sediment/age) and fixed the issue temporarily buying us time until our landlord decides to replace the water heater. Sooooooo thankful!!!!!

I was extremely impressed with the service. We had a leak in our utility room. They came out right away. I got a message before they arrived with Justin's picture, a bio and the arrival time so I know what was happening. Justin was very professional and informative and I felt very comfortable having him working in my home. When he found moisture in the drywall he made arrangements for a restoration service to come out and look at it ASAP. Justin made a challenging situation much easier and I'll be using Imperial again for my plumbing needs.

So the first company I called was a disaster and I was ready to give up. Then I called Imperial and they sent Austin. Total 180. He was on time, knew exactly what was wrong, and fixed it same day. Wish id called them first.

Ok so I'll be honest, I read every review before calling anyone and I almost didnt call Imperial because one person said they were late ONE time. Anyway. Fabian showed up and honestly? He was fine. Actually good. He was 5 minutes early, which I like. The work was done right and he didnt leave a mess. Well maybe 4.9 because he parked slightly in front of my mailbox but honestly whatever. Fabian did good.

Big shout-out to Fabian and Sean at Imperial Plumbing! I was dealing with a really annoying bathroom leak, and they stepped in and knocked it out. It was a messy, inconvenient situation, but neither of them hesitated to get their hands dirty to find the problem and get it fixed. What stood out the most was their attitude—they stayed super friendly and had smiles on their faces the whole time. Really appreciate the hard work, guys. Definitely calling them again next time something comes up.
