Don was awesome. He found the tiny pebble in my garbage disposal that I could find. He then went on the roof and worked his magic. The tub and toilets were backing up. When he finished he was excited that he found that a rag had gone through the pipes. He explained the entire process to me. He seems to really enjoy his job. Very friendly and a joy to be around. Thank you Don!

My husband and I could not be happier with our experience with In Demand Plumbing Heating & Air! Everyone has been wonderful to work with, and Ezequiel truly went above and beyond when installing our bidet.
The installation wasn’t straightforward, especially because we no longer had the template. Ezequiel took his time, carefully measured everything, and completed the installation with skill and precision. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence in his work.
What impressed us most was his follow-through. When we couldn’t find the anchor screws and had to reorder them, I told him I would install them myself once they arrived. Instead, he insisted that we call him back so he could finish the job at no additional charge. That level of care and commitment means so much.
It’s clear that Ezequiel and this company take pride in their work and care about their customers. We highly recommend them and will absolutely call them again for future plumbing needs!
