I tried doing a repair on a vehicle and ended up dropping a plastic clip into the intake. I couldn't figure out why the car was misfiring and Josh was able to diagnose and remove the clip without an intrusive repair. 5 stars would 100% recommend to anyone.
Amazing service! We had taken our car to 2 different places for a broken AC and received conflicting answers. Took it to Josh and he was able to correctly diagnose the problem and resolve it very fast! We had a part error show up and he took his day off to work on our car to make sure we'd get it back sooner! These are seriously the nicest people and we'll 100% be taking our car back to them for routine maintenance! Pricing is also great compared to other places in town!

A fast turnaround combined with being extremely knowledgeable and professional, In Tune Automotive exceeded expectations. The price was great and the value even greater. Time was taken by the mechanic, Josh, to fully discuss what might be needed up front, and then what was found (in great detail) afterwards. We will definitely use In Tune again.
In-Tune Automotive is literally the best and most affordable place to go in the Rexburg/Sugar/St. Anthony area. My alternator went out and they had the best pricing, service, and communication. Even amidst moving shop locations. Every time my car has needed any sort of repair, they have been quick and didn't break the bank! I recommend it above all other shops! Definitely a customer for life.
Josh is amazing!! He works quickly. I was expecting to wait almost a week for my car part to come in and it to be fixed, but it ended up only being 2 days! He shows you everything he does to the car and is the most affordable option in the area by far. Definitely my go-to automotive place now. I gladly recommend In-Tune Automotive to everyone!
I came to Josh needing a transmission replacement, and he was very helpful and prompt with the job, and he did a great job and went the extra mile! We had limited time to get it done, and he did all he could to get it done as soon as possible! He does a great job, and for a very good price. He is great at communication, and keeps you updated on every step of the way, and helps you understand what he is doing. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing any work done on their vehicle!
This is the most honest mechanic and repairman I have been to in a long time. Update: I am not really sure that I can keep my five star review. My car has been sitting there since October and I have reached out multiple times and there is no effort or care for me at all. I understand life happens and there are family emergencies, but communication is key to keeping lifelong customers. I will now have to go find someone else to help me tow it again to get it looked at. I am super disappointed that it used to be worthy of five stars.
