He spent a lot of time teaching my son how to properly interview, speak louder, clearer, and to have more confidence. With lots of practice, he not only landed a job, but a job he's wanted for a very long time.
Throughout this time, his speech has also greatly improved. He's putting together much longer sentences, asking more clarifying questions, and using new vocabulary.
Paul not only helped my son to find a job that's perfect for him and that he loves, Paul also helped to give my son a much needed confidence boost. I'm continuing to watch him grow and learn more everyday and I can't wait to see what the future has in store for him. Thank you, Paul!

I have been working with Paul Uduezue the executive director and just eant to say he's awesome at what he does. He goes out of his way to get the job completed. He makes sure you are ok, checks in on you. I have worked with other job coaches and they didn't go out of there way like Paul does. He's definitely one of the best, hard working, determined to make sure that his clients are took care of. I will definitely recommend him to other people.
