I don’t normally do reviews, but Anderson with Indoor Experts Heating & Air provided one of the best service experiences I have ever had. He came out to provide a quote for HVAC system replacement after previous companies told me the system with irreparable. After hearing what was happening, he took the time to do a quick system evaluation and determined that the system was not working due to an electrical wiring system and had nothing to do with the unit itself. Instead of selling me an $8k dollar unit he was able to make a quick repair for a $99 diagnostic fee. Incredibly knowledgeable and honest. What a great experience.

We had a technician come out and assess the compressor needed replacing on July 30. He was great and straightforward, however he said his boss Mr. Anderson would be providing a quote. We never received it. I contacted them two weeks after asking for a quote and was told he would reach out to no avail. I scheduled a visit to our home this week and he no showed the visit window without a call meaning it’s been 29 days without a quote.
Can’t recommend this company and frustrating that I had to reach out 3-4 times without any contact with the boss/owner everyone keeps referring me to.
Anderson from Indoor Experts did a great job on a difficult full replacement of my old and failing zoned HVAC system, including the indoor and outdoor units, new zoning dampers and motors, and new thermostats. He took care of every detail patiently and expertly and solved a longstanding issue with the system humidifier. The new system is doing great.

We called Indoor Experts Heating and Air after noticing water leaking from our attic air handler down through the wall.
Anderson came out and was fantastic from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had it fixed in about 30 minutes, and took the time to walk us through exactly what was going on and what he did to correct it. He also explained the warranty option clearly without any pressure, which we really appreciated. Anderson was courteous, professional, and genuinely easy to work with.
We could not be happier with the service and will absolutely call Indoor Experts again. Highly recommend, and ask for Anderson if you can.

I tried out this place because of the good reviews, and it was the right choice. My AC has not been working for a while. Last year, I had two different companies come out. One tried to hard sell me on a completely new system, the other gave up after an hour or two of diagnosis.
Anderson came out and fixed my system in what felt like no time. He found and fixed two mistakes made by previous technicians, and now my AC is finally working again. I was prepared to have to buy a whole new system, but he absolutely saved me.
Not only is he technically excellent, but he was incredibly professional the entire time as well. I'll be recommending him the whole company to anyone who has AC issues. Amazing work.

Anderson knows his stuff and was great to work with. Tracy was good at scheduling and much faster than the outsourced call centers of the big shops. I called as a new client and Anderson came out same day - he replaced a part and fixed the wiring. Had us back up and running easily. I've been a big fan of Trane products for the last 20 years and I've now found my new Trane tech specialist here in Atlanta. Thanks!
