We had a flood in July right around the fourth in the basement just enough to wet the carpet. We pulled out the carpet and they came out for a quote pretty quickly they end up putting poly Spartan flooring in my basement and garage. It’s amazing Quality of the work was excellent. There were two minor issues with boundaries. Jeff came out himself to investigate diagnose and came up with the best solution. There were also some very quarter size stains on my driveway, but they owned the problem and corrected it. Excellent pricing, the best service and when things were less than perfect, they owned the problem. That is how you create a loyal customer. I will be recommending this product and this company to anyone who asks I will post pictures once we add furniture to the basement.

Very pleased with the quality of our garage floor along with cement porch stoop we had completed. Our old floor was very pitted, breaking cement required repair – Industrious made our garage new again! Polyaspartic such a better option than traditional epoxy. Industrious committed themselves to ensuring perfection. Office & field staff great to work with, did not rush project. 5-star experience! Updated (pics) 7/26: 3 years later & floor still looks amazing!.
Thank you so much for your kind words and your business, Jason! We are so glad you love your new garage floor and stoop.
I called about my polyaspartic floor coating cracking in multiple places after only three years of installation. They would not come out to fix it without me paying. The entire point of the coating is durability and theirs had none. Stay away from this business!
Hi Steven, We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with your experience. We always want our customers to be happy with their floors, which is why we've visited your home multiple times since 2024 to inspect the affected areas, discuss our findings with you, and help determine the best path forward. During those visits, we found that the cracking was not caused by a failure of the polyaspartic coating itself, but rather deterioration and moisture movement within the concrete that was not present at the time of install. Unfortunately, even the highest-quality coating systems rely on a sound, stable concrete surface, and ongoing moisture intrusion can cause any coating to lose adhesion over time. Although these conditions are outside the scope of our limited lifetime warranty, we completed an initial repair as a courtesy, knowing the underlying moisture issue would likely cause the peeling to return. When you contacted us again the following year, we offered additional repair options while explaining that the ongoing moisture was continuing to deteriorate the concrete beneath the coating, making a permanent repair impossible until the root cause is corrected. We genuinely appreciate the opportunity to have worked with you and are sorry we couldn't provide the outcome you were hoping for. If the underlying concrete and moisture issues are addressed in the future, we'd be happy to help discuss the best long-term solution for your floor.
Industrious Garage did a fantastic job on two spaces in our house that needed new flooring. The site visit before quote provided tons of information that helped us decide which options to choose. Communication was clear and prompt leading up to the installation, and the installation crew was kind, courteous, and incredibly hard-working! Our small basement room didn't meet the company's job minimum, so they suggested also doing our garage floor. The team of installers showed up promptly and got right to work prepping the floors, which included removing nails from concrete in the basement and patching the rough spots, and lots of grinding and concrete patching in the garage. They worked so hard all day! The photos show before/after, and I think they speak for themselves. We are so pleased with the end result!

Industrious Garage made my floor look better than I every imagined it would look! Everything turned out absolutely perfect! The Sales Manager Shawn, answered all my questions and really explained the importance of the using the quality material that they put on our floor. Katherine was very efficient and got me on the schedule quickly and was very attentive. Our floor had piting and the workmen that came out to do our floor were Fernando, Ale, and Alberht. They worked so hard to make our floor absolutely stunning. They were right on time, they were very polite, and very meticulous! We have had several neighbors admire our garage floor, and they will be getting their floors done too! The curb appeal for our house really helped to increase the value of our home! The pricing was excellent and very reasonable! I highly recommend using Industrious Garage!

Our garage floor was a true disaster. The concrete was pitted and cracked throughout. Previous owners painted over it, but that paint was dramatically peeling and getting stuck in the cracks and pits so that we couldn't even clean it out. The job done by this crew was so good that you can't even find a hint of the previous issues!
Thank you for the amazing review Kristen! We're thrilled to hear you're happy with the final results. It's always rewarding to see a space completely transformed, and yours was no exception. Incredible Customer Service, you call them and Ms Jess answers the phone and can answer any question about your job. Excellent salesperson (Shawn), superb company painters and installers Luis, Leo & Alejandro who were precise and spotless. Needed help moving firewood and a few heavy objects back in and Jeff (their COO) personally drove over and helped me. They weren’t the lowest price, but their 5 ⭐️ rating and professionalism throughout the organization made choosing Industrious Garage a wise move.
