They were really well-versed on all things computer related. They got all of my files transferred to my new laptop and we're very easy to talk to, while working on my PCs. And the price was a lot less than the laptop I was going to purchase at another retailer. I would buy again (in a heartbeat).

My laptop's screen was black. So I took it to Indy Laptops. They were open on Saturday. I had been too busy during the week so thankfully they were working the weekend. After asking me some questions, the technician realized that I had closed my device before an update had been completed. It took a couple of keystrokes and a few minutes for the update on my device to the finish it's routine but everything was fine. The location is near my home, and they offer refurbished computers for anyone who needs a good dependable upgrade. I'll use Indy Laptops again if the need arises..

I called around to a few places and they were the only place that wasn’t going to charge me just to look at my work laptop for a screen replacement. I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes and paid about half of what other places had quoted just for a screen let alone labor. The staff was friendly and fair, which being a younger woman is not always the case when going into repair places. They are now my go to for any future repairs. Can’t recommend them enough!

Would highly recommend Indy Laptops. Came in with a screen issue, the tech knew exactly what was wrong (took 2-3 minutes for him to open the laptop and find the issue) and had my computer back in like 2 days...delayed only cause they had to order the part! I was kept updated on everything the entire time. Very friendly group of folks working there. Will definitely be back if I ever need anything else!

I would never hesitate to take any computer or laptop that needs repaired or replaced. The is a locally owned business that still maintains the "old fashioned way" of taking care of customers and not taking advantage.
