Had the unfortunate circumstance of a windows update corrupting my computer. Couldn’t get it to turn on at all. Dropped it off on a Sunday afternoon and had a working computer back to me the next day after work. Highly recommend and will be going back if I have any more computer issues.

I had a problem with the power plug on an HP laptop. Charles quickly identified the problem, told me how much the part would cost and how long it would take to get it. Everything worked just like he said it and the laptop is working again.
