JR is amazing! We had a clogged sink that would drain over night and fill right back up again. I tried Draino and an auger with no improvement. JR showed up on time and kept in contact. JR was able to use his camera to locate the clog and break it up to get it out. He then took the extra step to verify the drain water was running it to the street. He kept everything clean, did not leave any mess, and has a welcoming, understanding, personality. I will definately be using him for any future plumbing issues we may have and I suggest you do the same!

I reached out to Infinity Plumbing over the weekend due to a main water line issue that left me without water. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and took the time to put together a clear plan of action to get me scheduled and the issue resolved.
What I appreciated most was their communication and willingness to help, especially on a weekend. They understood the urgency of getting my water back on and made sure there was a plan in place to get the problem fixed.
Great customer service, professionalism, and reliability. I highly recommend Infinity Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services!

JR is the best. I am so grateful to have found him through an enthusiastic recommendation of a friend because the big companies were failing me and quoting me incredibly large amounts. JR applied his experience, curiosity and problem-solving skills like no other has by thinking creatively and supporting me doing what I could do, which worked! In a world of shady salesman, JR is a rare and valuable master plumber and friend.

JR and crew are INCREDIBLE! We had our main line bust overnight, I called first thing in the morning and from that first call I knew I made the right move. They were incredibly responsive, kind, transparent and fair! There’s no sales gimmick, JR himself came out and showed me his license (which a lot of companies don’t do anymore, I’ve seen firsthand) and got to work! Our issue was resolved promptly and with no issues! I will definitely be utilizing Infinity for any future plumbing needs and recommending to all of my friends and family.
