As a PM for multiple properties, this was the first time I used Infinity Pools of Michigan as a pool closing service. The office was very accommodating to multiple schedule changes. The first service techs recognized the complexity of the pool was over their experience level and instead of "trying" they alerted the office. Saving any undo mistakes which was very much appreciated. The office immediately called, explained the situation and stated they would send out another team the next day. They did and the owner showed as well. The job was completed with great care, was timely and professional. I scheduled the pool opening and system updates the same day. Great job. Highly recommended.
