I called to make a first appointment and I got online with an Indian lady that LIED TO ME several times telling me she was at the location and I only asked because she was asking me the lamest questions. Like how to spell the name of the city she was supposed to be in. She asked me so many questions like a robot. I asked her several times are you sure you in that city? yes yes but she kept on asking me questions like what location is closest to you................................ I asked her what her name was several times she kept putting me on hold every time I asked. At the end I said ok to the appointment and then when I asked her name again she hung up on me just telling me shes going to send paperwork. I am so upset with this lame lying outsourced company I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE. Maybe they should do their own due diligence to see what people are experiencing because lying to people and I gave that lady my social. I cant even believe I was dealing with somebody that may take advantage of me. I am appalled. If this is how they start out, I cant even think about the future
