I absolutely love Inner Health Spa and cannot recommend enough!!! I have been going for years receiving deep tissue, relaxation and post surgery lymphatic massages. I also love the infrared sauna as well as the ion foot baths. If you have not gone here to receive treatments you absolutely need to book an appointment. You’ll feel like a million bucks when you leave here. Highly recommend.

Michelle is the absolute best! Hands down the best massage therapist in Springfield! I also got the colon hydrotherapy. During the colonic she maintained a harmonious balance between dignity & privacy. It was an amazing treatment & an unforgettable experience. Thanks again!

I’ve been a client since this spa opened and the massages are consistently amazing. Michelle is excellent at both light, relaxing massage and deep tissue work. I prefer her deep massage cause she can really get the knots out!!! The other services offered are also a must-try. I absolutely love this spa and highly recommend it.

I truly love this Health Spa! Michelle, the owner, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Her venue is very welcoming the moment you walk in, being very quaint and cozy, both things I truly love about it. She offers a variety of services, my favorite being the Red Light Therapy. I highly recommend checking this place out! Give it a try! Christmas specials are being offered as well. 🎄🧑‍🎄
