I had a LiftMaster garage door opener installed by Innovative Door Systems, LLC in December 2023. The installation came with a 5-year labor warranty through Innovative Door Systems and a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty on the LiftMaster product. About two weeks ago, the garage door opener stopped working completely. I can no longer open or close my garage door using any of the remote controls or the automatic opener. Since the problem started, I have called Innovative Door Systems multiple times to request warranty service, but I have not received any response. My calls have gone unanswered, and no one has contacted me to schedule a repair. A warranty is only valuable if the company stands behind it and responds when customers need service. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer support after the installation. I hope the company will contact me promptly and honor the labor warranty they provided.

Our garage door had been broken and we received a quote from another company who was trying to upsell instead of doing the repair. Nick and his team went above and beyond fixing our door, installing the My Q app so we can open our door from our phones, and was reasonably priced. Would recommend 10/10! Thanks so much!!

These guys are super professional. They came and explained the problem with the garage door they fixed. Their prices are very reasonable and I'm very happy with their work. I can't recommend enough.

had 5 individual single garage doors installed at our home by Innovative. Nick came out to do a review and estimate. Very knowlegable about overhead doors for sure. Installation time was ~1.5 days. The installation also included the MyQ remote system on each door to allow monitoring/operating all doors from an app, which is great-no more multiple remote controls to juggle. Nick was onsite both days with John and the install team. They paid close attention to fine details like accurate caulk lines, and ensuring the weather strips were installed to ensure a snug fit against the doors. They even painted over the nail heads on the weather stripping to give it a nice finished look. A couple of minor items needed attention and Nick and his crew got right to work finishing everything up in fine fashion. He explained everything to me that they did, including tips for keeping the doors operating in tip/top shape for years to come. The guys cleaned up the job site very well after they finished everything. I would not hesitate to recommend Innovative for anyone with overhead door requirements.

These guys are pure class and hard working. The owner is right there side by side with his crew. The crew were kind and helpful, one even stopped what he was doing to help me without me even asking. I’d say book these guys now because they’re about to blow up!

We had them out for an estimate. We are replacing the garage door. They said they would call us later that day. They never did. I called and they said they would send an email estimate. They never did. I text them with no response. Not a good first impression.

John showed up on schedule and did a great job. He was also very informative. Nick was also great at answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend.
