I highly recommend Innovative Home Improvement! The team was great to work with from start to finish. They did an amazing job installing my gazebo, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. They were professional, respectful, reliable, and really took the time to make sure everything was done correctly.
The gazebo looks beautiful and has completely transformed my backyard. The workers paid close attention to detail and did a fantastic job. The whole process was easy and stress-free, and you can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about making their customers happy. I have before and after pictures and couldn’t be more happier with the results Juan and his team are definitely more than 5 Stars!! Thank you again guys
Thank you to the entire Innovative Home Improvement team for doing such a great job! I’m so happy with my gazebo and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

Juan and his team are very professional and thorough. I had a new composite deck constructed, new front door installed and painted and a repair to my concrete porch. Their work is fantastic and they actually show up when they say they’re coming!! Pricing was very fair and Juan made sure I was happy every step of the way. I will be using Juan’s team again for sure and I highly recommend them. 😊

I have had the pleasure to have several “home” repair/improvements, ( decking, railing, doors, tile, bathroom, plumbing, sheetrock, fantastic molding work, etc.) done in several areas, inside and outside of my house. Originally hired to “fix” my sunporch. IHI was referred to me by a trusted friend. The work they do is superior to many other contractors we have had working on this old house. I think they can do any job…they are professional, immaculate when working and respectful of our home.
I highly recommend this company, not something I do lightly…after having MANY inferior, lousy contractors. I took a chance and it has worked out very well. Absolutely recommended!

We replaced a Bilco door that was 70+ years old. It was a big job, requiring masonry work as well. Once the old door was removed, there were surprises, and Juan had to do a lot of work that wasn’t expected. It was truly a specialty job that required creativity and skill. Juan stuck to his original estimate, even though the job ended up being more complicated and time-consuming. We very much appreciate that he is a man of his word. Innovative Home Improvement combines expertise and honesty, and we recommend them highly.

I couldn’t be happier with the work from INNOVATIVE HOME IMPROVEMENT I LLC! They recently installed Govee Pro exterior roof lights all around my home, and the results are absolutely stunning. The installation was clean, precise, and really enhances the entire look of the house—day or night.
Now my home has a modern, vibrant look, and I’ve already received compliments from neighbors. I highly recommend INNOVATIVE HOME IMPROVEMENT I LLC if you want high-quality work and reliable service. Truly an excellent experience!

After removing carpet to reveal original 120 year old flooring, it was clear refinishing was not an option. Juan and his team delivered and expertly installed hardwood red oak flooring with attention to detail. The result is stunning! Do not hesitate to call.
Recently, the Innovative Home Improvement team repointed our brick steps after carefully removing old mortar and replacing it with new and sealing it. Perfect!

Juan and team did a phenomenal job. We had an unfinished basement we just used for storage and laundry. We wanted to get it finished for extra space in the house and for a good playroom for my daughters. Updated the laundry room and utility closets in there too. Overall Juan and team were great to work with. Kept an open line of communication throughout and helped us with ideas on materials. Overall excellent job!
