Anna is amazing…Trust me you are in good hands God gave this lady a gift!!! I believe I was 6 mo post op and couldn't bend my knee past what felt like 30 degrees. It wasn’t easy but she got me back to college basketball. I am forever grateful.

My daughter tore her ACL during a game and it was a nightmare from the start. We went from fighting for days to get a prescription that was written correctly in order to schedule an MRI to going from hospital to hospital for multiple issues. I can’t say enough about Anna and Innovative Training Solutions. After a very long recovery, my 15 year old daughter went to her after being cleared to return to sports following her ACL rehab, yet still needing confidence and more strength. Anna took her on with an outside the box thinking and a very personalized plan for what my daughter needed. My daughter has had more than her fair share of knee injuries and surgeries. She was referred to Anna after graduating out of traditional physical therapy and needed help returning to soccer. The first benefit of ITS's training was leaving the medical world and feeling like an athlete again, surrounded by her peers. Her training with Anna allowed her to make great progress, and she actually was cleared to return to soccer earlier than expected. She struggled some with the mental aspect and fear of reinjury, and Anna was instrumental in helping her work through that. Where to even begin about this amazing place! First of all Anna is the BEST! I would give ITS 100 stars if it was allowed. My experience here was nothing short of awesome. Anna is very knowledgeable and is continually educating herself and adding in new styles to make sure each and every one of her clients has a successful recovery.
