My fiancé her son and I all moved in together about a year ago and I brought my dog with me. At first her son and our dog got along great but over time some sibling rivalry showed its ugly head. The dog was showing aggression by bearing teeth and barking, although most of the time things were great. We needed to figure something out and found Ryan and his team. They were fantastic all the way around! They were able to really connect with my stepson and did so well taking care of his special needs. Without going into details the boy and dog get along great now and the dog came out the other side an infinitely more confident and obedient member of the family! I thought I might have to find him a new home but with their help I don’t have to. I can’t recommend them enough!!

We really enjoyed our private sessions with Payton. She helped us immensely to get on the right track with our six month old Pom puppy Chica. Chica is adorable but she is a little princess who wants her own way, doesn't want to hear "No" and has the occasional ugly tantrum. We now have techniques to deal with these issues and we appreciated the ability to have specific practices covered in our weekly one hour sessions or via text with Payton between sessions. The space is perfect for indoor and outdoor activities and I loved all the care and attention from staff. We learned a lot and Chica had a great time!

Insight K-9 Solutions provided excellent puppy obedience guidance for my small dog. Payton was knowledgeable and patient and was able to provide context to understand my dogs behavior. My dogs confidence has grown immensely and I have a much stronger relationship with my dog as a result of the understanding provided and training to guide her behavior. Thank you Insight K-9 Solutions!

The whole training team is amazing and professional: every single lesson teaches skills we use every day.
We work mostly with Payton and Owen on our two Mals. Our big boy has some confidence issues that make family integration harder and walking him in novel places challenging.
Worth mentioning: after just a few lessons, I learned practical, day-to-day skills to build his confidence and strengthen our relationship. After a board-and-train this summer, he had a big confidence boost, and he’s improving even faster now.
I just have to say thanks! And highly recommend!

This place is the best place to take your dog if you want training. They are all absolutely amazing especially Peyton. She cares so much for the dogs you can tell. They work so hard and are so knowledgeable and patient and professional when it comes to caring for your dog, other dogs, and you as an owner. I’m so glad I found these amazing people to train my puppy!🩷

What a great experience working with all the trainers here! You go there thinking your dog needs work on something and leave learning that it’s all within the handler. Ryan’s teaches people about how dog’s think, which ultimately drives their behaviors. Couldn’t recommend more, an awesome team and great environment to improve your relationship with dog.

The only thing Insight K9 solutions is better at than reading and training dogs, is taking care of people. Every single trainer throughout this organization is the best I have ever seen. There are no gimmicks or packages and the results speak for themselves.

I can't believe I forgot to leave a review! I did several training sessions over the summer of last year at the Olympia location of Insight K9. Ryan, Payton, and everyone we worked with were absolutely wonderful. My dog Tex has aggression issues. They've given me the tools to work through and improve both of our lives. This place is truly wonderful and I highly recommend them!
They are kind, professional, amazing dog trainers.

Our family pet showed potential to become my service dog, so I reached out to Insight K9 and couldn't be happier. They've trained me as much (if not more) than my dog, and we are well on our journey with Jim as a service dog in training. And it's been fun, which makes everything easier. 🤗
I'll admit, I was nervous about taking my Chihuahua mutt to "serious" trainers for service training, but they've been super nice and super supportive.
Working with Payton has been great. She doesn't just tell you what to do, she explains why to do it, including the science behind it as appropriate. And she's done an excellent job of tailoring our lessons to accommodate my limitations, as well as determining the best way for Jim to learn specific tasks.
