The company has been very responsive and helpful, including the people on the phone. David Sullivan, the technician who came to my house was fantastic: Absolutely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He is advocating on my behalf to my landlord, who is refusing to clean up a mountain of tree branches and debris behind my fence (on their property) that is perpetuating a rat infestation in my backyard. He immediately saw the issue, explained the solution and best approach, and offered support to make sure this problem gets addressed. I couldn't be happier with their service.

James has provided service for the past year handling Yellowjacket and rat concerns. The neighbors feed the squirrels peanuts at high quantities which of course brings other opportunists. James has been courteous, professional, and worked hard to manage our pest problems — coming out additionally upon request. He was instrumental in alerting us to a medical emergency as well.
