Fritz, my technician, is always extremely professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He is very thorough, especially since he understands my fear of spiders. He is willing to treat the outside and inside of my home, along with the garage. I trust him completely and wish I could request him for ALL of my treatments. Insight personnel are always very responsive to my questions and are very accommodating.

We have been using Insight for years and have always been happy with their service. Communication is easy, which I always appreciate. The techs are thorough, effective, and flexible in meeting our needs. All of the techs over the years have been professional and kind. I learned so much from Alan today when he came to treat indoor ants (which we haven't had for years!), and appreciated his wealth of knowledge and respect for all creatures - how we need ants, but if they are in our home they are not doing their job (so they get fired ;)). I love that they are helping us keep our home pest free, while respecting the sustainability of nature. Highly recommend!
