Excellent work, I thought the carpet needed to be replaced. Jeff and his crew did an amazing job saving my carpet
We appreciate the amazing feedback! 👏
Hands down, Jeff with Inspector Clean is the best! I had him come out to clean my tile and grout, and the difference was honestly shocking. The grout had gotten so dark over time that I had forgotten what the original color even looked like. After Jeff cleaned it, the grout was noticeably lighter and the tile looked almost new again. What I really appreciated about Jeff was how much time and effort he put into the job. He didn’t just come in, quickly go over the floors and leave. He worked on the areas with heavier buildup and made sure I was happy with everything before he was finished. He was also really easy to talk to and explained what he was doing along the way. I’m so happy with how everything turned out. The tile looks almost new again, and I honestly wasn’t expecting such a huge difference. Jeff did an amazing job!
Thank you 😊
Jeff at Inspector Clean Carpet Cleaning really came through for me today! I had just gotten home from the hospital and suddenly looked around and realized my carpets and area rug were overdue for some serious attention … guests arriving tomorrow, yikes! 3 years of everyday life, entertaining, footsteps, spills, and life with pets and pet friends, had definitely made their mark. Jeff fit me into an already busy schedule at the last minute, which I was incredibly grateful for. He was professional, knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in doing the job thoroughly, not just making things look good on the surface. One thing I especially appreciated was being able to actually see the cleaning process. His equipment has a clear section on the wand, so you can watch what is being extracted and see when the moisture finally starts coming through clean. After seeing everything that came out of these carpets, that was pretty satisfying! He also used a special enzyme treatment where needed and explained his process and follow-up guarantee. By the time he finished, three years of life in this house looked and felt remarkably refreshed. Good guy, great work, and I’m very appreciative that he made room for me when I needed it.
I’m really glad I Jeff made room in the schedule and get everything refreshed before your guests arrived. Seeing three years of everyday life come out through that clear extraction window was definitely satisfying! It was a pleasure meeting you, and I hope you’re recovering well and enjoying how fresh the carpets and area rug feel.
