I’ve been coming to Inspire for a little over a year, and it’s hard to put into words just how much this place has changed me. When I first moved to the area, I was about a year postpartum and carrying nearly 40 extra pounds from pregnancy. I didn’t feel like myself anymore. Even simple movement felt uncomfortable, and every time I looked in the mirror, I barely recognized the woman staring back. I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and honestly a little lost.
Then I found Inspire — and from my very first class, something shifted. I was welcomed with warmth, not judgment. The owners, coaches, and admins didn’t just learn my name; they made me feel seen. They truly care about their clients, and that compassion shows in every group class, every 1:1 session, every modification they offer to help you feel capable instead of discouraged.
I love the tracking sheets because they let me see my progress — not just in numbers, but in confidence. And their meal program, with balanced macros and thoughtful portions, helped me reconnect with my body in a way that felt supportive, not restrictive.

I started coming to Inspire through ClassPass and originally planned to just bounce around different gyms in the South Bay. Inspire was only the second class I tried, and after that first workout I canceled ClassPass and signed up here instead. One class was all it took to know this was where I wanted to train.
Everything about this place stands out. The space is welcoming, the coaches are attentive and encouraging, and the admin team makes everything easy. The atmosphere is truly judgment free. You get the focus of working at your own pace while still having the motivation and support of a group class, which is the perfect balance for me.
The accountability program has also been a big help, and seeing real progress after just one month has been incredibly motivating. Getting real time feedback and form corrections from the coaches has made a huge difference in my confidence and results. I also really appreciate that they offer a weekly membership option, which makes it easy to stay flexible when schedules change.
Big thank you to everyone at Inspire for making my first month such a great experience. Highly recommend.

I normally worked out independently at regular gyms and always had trouble formulating a good workout program and schedule and then sticking to them. Then I tried Inspire and NEVER LOOKED BACK! Inspire takes away the headaches of working out, just show up and get your ass kicked! Their workouts are challenging, targeted and diverse. Their trainers and staff are caring and professional, the community is great, and the environment is FUN!
I have been going for 1.5 years now and this is the most consistently I have ever worked out. Thank you!

Last summer I was in a place where I was not feeling good physically, mentally, and spiritually, so I decided I wanted to do something for myself. Naturally I gravitated towards improving my physical health, did a google search and found this gem!
I really enjoy the classes and the mix of exercises each month. Each day is focused on either, upper or lower body or HIIT giving time for each muscle good to recharge while you work on the other. I only really started being consistent this past March, and eight months later I can see the work that I’ve put in.
Everyone is great, the coaches ( Jon, Alex, Diego, and Ray), and the admins ( Brooklin, Jo, and Khali), and the Owners (Peet and Trinh). Really big shout out to everyone, they really do Inspire you.
Keep it up. You guys are amazing! I’d definitely recommend checking this place out and giving them at least a week!

Inspire SB is an incredible gym with the best coaches and staff! This gym really changed my relationship with fitness and made me want to show up to each class instead of forcing myself to go.
The coaches are always there to motivate you, answer questions and give tips on getting better on each exercise. And the admin team is super friendly and make you feel welcome in the gym regardless of whether it's your first time or 1000th time there.
I've been coming here for about 2 years and now I can't imagine my life without inspire!
