The class was slower than what I expected for a vinyasa flow but it was good to relax and disconnect. Alyssa was very thoughtful with the details, singing bowls, incense , cards and lights!<br><br>They have a cool little shop and also offer yoga training and massage courses<br><br>Namaste

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I took the 200hr Vinyasa YTT and left a completely different version of myself. This experience and studio brought me back to my center and connected me to an amazingly supportive community of people. If you’re looking for a sign to go, this is it. 💕
This is one of the best studios I’ve had the privilege of experiencing. From the knowledgeable yoga instructors to the warm and inviting space. I would highly recommend. I loved it so much I decided to enroll in YTT and my life has been forever changed.
What I truly appreciated about Raven’s teaching is the way she guided us to experience everything through our own bodies and inner journey. We didn’t just learn about yoga — we lived it. Graduated from here in September 2024 and it was a great experience from start to finish. Tedy is hands down the GOAT 🐐of massage therapy instructors. New to yoga but started coming every week on Monday night, great start to the week. Sam teaches a great class and will keep me coming on a weekly basis. Has done wonders for my headspace
I've been practicing yoga my entire life, have been to most yoga studios surrounded Palo Alto. No studio is better than the few classes I took here; probably because this is a school with new constant knowledge and ongoing improvements. I was really happy with Brian who teaches on Saturday at 10am, I highly recommend him along with Nicolas Daurio whom took me into his social group the first day. Kara, the owner is doing everything right here. I also experienced a intense healing meditation class with Jean who helped with my inner peace. I bought a $300 package and was pleasantly surprised when they issued me a refund when I told them my situation. To top it off, this place has massage therapy that, believe it or not, was better than my treatments at the local Ritz Carlton.<br>Thank you for all the support and healing. God Bless.
