Customers frequently praise Instant Chimney for punctuality, professional conduct, and transparent pricing, noting that staff often protect property and communicate schedules effectively. Services range from sweeping and maintenance to repairs and installations, with many reviewers highlighting the thoroughness of the work and the absence of unnecessary add-ons. However, a minority of low-star reviews cite aggressive sales tactics, appointment cancellations, and concerns about the company operating as a broker rather than a direct service provider.
