I cannot say enough good things about Insulation Masters. From the office staff to the field team, everyone was courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. What really impressed me was that they went beyond their scope of work by pointing out concerns they noticed with our HVAC ductwork and other areas that could impact the home’s efficiency. They took the time to educate us and make recommendations, which showed they genuinely care about their customers rather than just completing a job and moving on. They also installed additional insulation in certain areas where they felt it would further improve the overall performance and energy efficiency of the home—not because it was required to meet code, but because it was the right thing to do. That level of attention and commitment demonstrates that they don’t just aim to meet minimum standards; they take pride in delivering the best possible result for their clients. The quality of the work, communication, and overall customer service exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Insulation Masters to anyone looking for insulation services and would absolutely use them again in the future.

I can even begin to express how impressed I was with this company starting with their proposal. It was so detailed and percise on what they were going to do. Miguel was so helpful in making us understand all the options. They did an excellant job! They were timely on getting the paperwork the inspector needed. I would highly recommend this company

The owner came to give me an estimate and we discussed what was best for my attic. I had open-cell spray foam insulation installed. The crew showed up on time and answered all my questions. They took down the plastic storage containers from the attic that needed to be removed. When finished, the cleaned up the area well. They took photos as I asked and were sent to me the next day. Everything looks great. The receptionist, Laura was also wonderful and helpful. I would highly recommend as I got much higher quotes from other companies affiliated with FPL.
