When I joined Integra Fitness, I started training with Devin. Every 6 weeks, we discuss my fitness goals, and he builds a unique plan to achieve them; and I could not be more pleased. I've never been someone to look forward to exercise; it always has been something that I have to do, but never want to do. That has changed. I LOVE going to the gym and always leave in a great mood and feeling strong (and tired— in a good way). In addition to being an excellent and knowledgeable trainer, Devin is full of energy, positivity, creativity, and is always so encouraging! He keeps our session fun and challenging in the best way. He has a unique ability to get me to push myself beyond what I thought my body could do, and the improvement in my fitness and strength in such a short period of time has been remarkable. One of the things I appreciate the most is how meticulous Devin is about proper form, ensuring maximum effectiveness of the movement and limiting the risk for injury. Everyone at Integra is welcoming and encouraging, and it truly is a gym for anyone, no matter where you are on your fitness journey!

I’ve been training with Integra for two months now. Brianna is the best. I initially started training with Integra to work on form and not hurt myself when progressing to heavier weights. Brianna is hyper focused on proper technique, which has helped me lift with confidence. She’ll make it fun and help you push yourself in the right ways. 11/10 would recommend to anyone.
The only drawback to working with Brianna is that her workouts might be too effective. I keep breaking doors. Last week I tried to open the driver’s side of my Jeep and it came right off the hinges.

I truly believe every person who is a trainer here is simply a good person. Chris Jackson, my trainer is outstanding as a human and as a trainer. I am a 73 year old woman with multiple orthopedic issues and Chris works so kindly and persistently to guide me through the exercises. This is one of the best things that I have done for myself in a long time.
