Todd Thuss from Integra was very professional and accommodating for our 11-month home inspection taking the time to listen to some of our possible concerns and either confirming or dispelling them with understandable explanations. The report was comprehensive and written to be easily understood with associated photos to help us see what issues he saw.

I was truly astonished by Mr. Todd’s exceptional work and attention to detail. My sister was purchasing a new construction home, and his inspection report was extremely thorough. He identified issues that needed to be corrected before closing. We must understand that purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments a person will make in their lifetime. Every buyer deserves peace of mind, knowing that their investment has been carefully and professionally inspected.
Mr. Todd demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and dedication throughout the entire process. His work exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into ensuring nothing was overlooked. As a Realtor, I confidently and highly recommend Mr. Todd to anyone purchasing a home, whether it’s new construction or an existing property. His attention to detail is truly remarkable!

I highly recommend Todd to anyone purchasing a new home! Todd did an excellent job inspecting the house I’m currently in the process of purchasing. Todd was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was inspected properly. Buying a home is a big investment, and having someone you can trust to inspect it makes a huge difference even the builder was in awe, my sister is a realtor and she’s also representing me and she said from here on she’s referring Todd to all her clients. If you’re purchasing a home and need a reliable inspector, I highly recommend Todd. You won’t be disappointed! He’s simply the best!! Thank youTodd, for doing such a great job! 🏡👏
