Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had in Minnesota!
I recently had a massage with Kenny at Integrative Massage in Minnetonka, and I cannot recommend him enough!
As an active mom of three, staying healthy, moving well, and prioritizing longevity are incredibly important to me. Between keeping up with my kids, exercising, and the demands of everyday life, I need more than just a relaxing massage. I want therapeutic bodywork that actually helps my body feel and function better.
Kenny was absolutely phenomenal! His knowledge of anatomy, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and muscle recovery really stood out. He was intentional, attentive, and knew exactly how to address areas of tension while making the entire experience comfortable and restorative. You can tell he genuinely understands the body and cares about helping people feel their best.
What I especially appreciate about Integrative Massage is their focus on long-term wellness, injury prevention, mobility, and recovery, rather than just temporary relaxation. It’s exactly the kind of care I want to invest in as I get older and continue living an active lifestyle.

This was my first experience at this clinic and with Sasha. I am quite active, and enjoy working out, and was looking for massage therapy focused on recovery and overall wellness, as I am getting older and recovery is not as quick as it once was. For months, I have also had some impingement symptoms, with pain, in my shoulder. Sasha was kind, and attentive to my issues, and after one session my shoulder pain and range of motion is much better. It’s almost hard to believe that was all it took. If you are looking for overall wellness, and improvement in flexibility and recovery, this is the place to go. Sasha is highly skilled and trained, and I am grateful to have met her!

Kandi is one of the best massage therapists out there! Her deep tissue work is magic and in one hour she worked through all of my muscle tension and significantly brought my stress levels down. Highly recommend!
