Customers frequently praise the store for competitive pricing, punctual appointments, and efficient installation crews that handle furniture moving and cleanup. Positive reviews highlight professional communication and a wide product selection, with many clients returning for repeat projects. However, lower-rated feedback cites specific instances of poor post-installation support, including unresponsive customer service and disputes regarding warranty claims for flooring issues.

This is our second installation with Integrity. Both experiences were excellent and I would highly recommend. From the sales team to the installation team, everyone is very professional and does an excellent job. It was a great value and the floors are indestructible. My only regret is not doing more rooms during the first installation :)

I am a property manager and have been using Integrity Laminate Flooring for 12 or 13 years. They consistently have the best priced and have a wide range of products ranging from economical to high-end. The service is great! They show up at the appointed time and get the job done smoothly with no issues. I highly recommend them for all your Flooring needs.

Exceptional, professional, and friendly from the moment I first contacted Integrity. They installed a gorgeous new floor in my home and paid attention to every little detail throughout the entire process. I felt respected, valued, and completely comfortable having their team in my home.
A special shout-out to John and Miguel’s team for their superior craftsmanship, professionalism, and incredible attention to detail. The job was completed exactly when they said it would be, and the entire experience, from start to finish, was outstanding.
I couldn’t be happier with my beautiful new floor or with the experience I had with Integrity. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I have used Integrity two times over the last 8/9 years and both times have been impressed. They communicate very well, show up on time, do a great job (even move all the furniture!), clean up afterwards, and answer all the questions. Highly recommend!

We had been shopping around for laminate to replace our worn out living room carpet. Integrity offered us quality Mohawk flooring and installation at a very competitive price. The quote covered everything from removal and disposal of the old carpet to supplying and installing the new laminate. No hidden fees or surprise costs, they gave us a complete "turn key" solution. The work was completed quickly and professionally. It looks fantastic, we highly recommend Integrity!
