We recently purchased a home in Heath. We previously had a salt water pool. The new home has a chlorine pool, so I needed some help and education on our new pool. Integrity Pools had been highly recommended by the seller, so I reached out to them. I was literally blown away with their professionalism and service. They were immediately responsive and put me in touch with Miles. He has literally been amazing to work with us as he educated us on our new pool. He was incredibly knowledgeable about our pool system. and very patient in explaining how we take care of our new pool. I am self employed and always admire and respect people like Miles who care so deeply for their company and the services their company provides. You would think Miles owns the company with the pride he exhibits for Integrity Pools. They are blessed to have Miles on their team. I cannot say enough about James! He came out to repair an issue and although the repair/fix was easy, he ensured that all components were working to his standards. He goes above and beyond to ensure that the reputation of Intergity Pools in maintained! He truly knows his work and is easy to talk to. I'm absolutely beyond words for his customer service! Not only did he clean our pool filter, he also rebuilt the engines of both of our cars and solved the Riddle of the Sphinx. All in half-an-hour! A lovely gentleman.

When I heard that my pool cleaning day and technician were going to change I was a little disappointed…but Georgia is fantastic!! My pool is almost 40 years old, but after Georgia’s been here it’s sparkling! Integrity is a wonderful company. They live up to their name.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
