I visited this location for a skin scan and Keloid injection. The office was very clean and organized. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was very respectful of my time as she adhered to my appointment time. I would rate my visit excellent.
Dr. Talon is great she took a mole off from under my arm no pain from needle no pain from removing mole. On my nose I had two brown spots she scrapped them off and sent them in for biopsy. One was a sunspot the other precancerous so she freezed it. Just have to keep an eye on it. I recommend her Practice to anyone that has suspicious looking moles just to have a piece of mind that they were checked.
Service was great from start to finish. The doctor explained everything and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or felt like she was in a rush to get me out of there. This place is Top Notch! Thank you very much. 👍🏽

Integrity skin and dermcare is the best. The ambiancce of the clinic is the best I’ve ever been to. The dermatologist, Theresa Talens, is the best! She is very thorough in examination, procedures and making you feel comfortable through it all. Also just like her, all her staff are very welcoming and friendly. I will continue to go to her with my skin problems and I highly recommend her. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Due to the great reviews, I called this place and scheduled a same-day appointment but had a disappointing experience. I can give credit to the front desk staff, who were kind and welcoming. However, overall, I arrived on time, completed paperwork, and waited 20-30 minutes for the provider. When she finally entered the room, the appointment legitimately lasted only about 5 minutes. I told her about my concerns and showed her my skin, but I am Black, and it seemed like she did not see what I was trying to show her on my skin. As a result, she did not perform the detailed skin assessment I expected as a new patient. At the end of the appointment, I did not receive any further information on the diagnosis she thought it was, nor a straight answer on a treatment plan. Instead, she prescribed a lotion and asked if I wanted to be seen again in a few weeks after I had used the lotion, which I agreed to. However, no one at the front desk scheduled a follow-up appointment, and I have not received any call since. Quite frankly, the visit felt like a typical urgent care visit. Additionally, I went to the pharmacy multiple times to get the prescription she supposedly sent filled, but I have not received anything, and it is not in the system at Walgreens when I have tried to call. It's been over a month now... Overall, I won't be returning to this establishment, as I did not feel seen or valued as a patient.
