I called this company for my trip to see Pittsburgh Steelers game. Initially I booked them for transportation from the hotel to the game, and then kind of pivoted to get transportation from the airport to hotel and back. Most companies would give me a hard time to make a change like this but Nick and his team are absolutely amazing. I will not ever come to Pittsburgh and not book this team for my transportation needs. GRADE A service from beginning to end. They were always on time and so friendly. Here is to Nick, Adam and Michael --- you guys are the Bees Knees!!! Thank you again for an awesome experience!!! GO STEELERS!!

Booked a ride from Pittsburgh Airport to downtown hotel. Easy to book and prompt confirmation. Ayman communicated with me when we landed so we would know where to find him. He was a great driver especially getting 5 people and luggage in the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable of the area answering our questions and pointing out things of interest. Integrity transportation is in a class of its own. They came highly recommended to me from a colleague and they were spot on with their recommendation. Excellent service start to finish. We used Integrity Transportation to take me, my husband and son around to the homes where my parents grew up and then to another location to meet my Aunt and Uncle for lunch. Nick was very nice and patient and made scheduling our unusual transportation a breeze. The car arrived early. It was very clean and comfortable and had water if we wanted. Mike, our driver, was fantastic! Super guy! Great conversation and stories about Pittsburgh. It was a rainy day and the car had umbrellas for the three of us allowing us to get out for a closer look. Mike was super helpful and even took our pictures! Overall, a fabulous experience. Highly recommend!
